• Is Aceton infected with a virus?

  No it's not. We know about at least one virus scanner that makes falsedetection on Aceton.
  The false positive is the result of using a packer. This packer allows us to compress our file. So in a case of an Aceton update our server won't be stressed that much.

• Why I'm having so much connection troubles?

  To play with other people while using Aceton it's required that all participants are using Aceton. That's because every client has to be checked for cheats and therefor every player has to run Aceton. If you are trying to play with another person who's not using Aceton, your Aceton-client will block the connection to that player.

• I lost my password. What can I do?

  Simple use the 'Retrieve password' function that is located under the 'Tools' menu item.

• I don't remind my username. What can I do?

  If you are using the same copy of the game with the same serial as when you have registred your account, you simple can try to create a new account. You will receive an errormessage that includes your username.

• Is it possible to use C&C mods with Aceton?

  Yes it is. There are no known problems with any modification for any C&C game. To run a mod use the command line pass throug feature of Aceton (located at the 'Tools' menu under 'Game options').

• Why don't you support game XYZ?

  If there is an interesting game that should be supported, feel free to contact us. We are open for any discussion about that.
